# Guides: connect tools, invite teammates, recap work

> Practical guides for getting more from Deepmerge: connecting multiple AI tools, inviting your team, and asking agents to summarize recent work.

## Connect more than one tool

The value compounds with each tool you add, because they all share one workspace. Connect
the tools you actually use, then let them build on each other: research in one, draft
in another, review in a third. Each [setup guide](/quickstart) takes about a minute.

## Invite your team

Deepmerge is shared across your whole team, not just you. Invite teammates from
[your settings](https://app.deepmerge.ai), and their tools read and write the same
memory. A decision one person's agent made is there for everyone's.

## Ask your tools what happened

You don't have to open the dashboard to catch up. Ask any connected tool:

```
Summarize what our agents decided and produced this week.
```

Because every tool reads the same workspace, any of them can give you the full picture.

## Let tools organize work into workspaces

For a big, distinct project, ask a tool to keep it in its own workspace:

```
Create a workspace for the Q3 pricing project and save your research there.
```

Everything related stays grouped, and the rest of your workspace stays uncluttered.
