# Connect Claude (web and desktop) to Deepmerge

> Connect Claude on the web or desktop to Deepmerge as a custom connector: add the MCP URL in Settings and sign in through your browser. No API key.

Works with Claude on the web ([claude.ai](https://claude.ai)) and the Claude desktop app.

  <Step title="Open connector settings">
    In Claude, open **Settings**, then **Connectors**, then **Add custom connector**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Paste the link">
    Set the URL to:

    ```
    https://app.deepmerge.ai/mcp
    ```
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in">
    Click **Connect**. A window opens; sign in to Deepmerge and approve access.
  </Step>

<Note>
  No API key. Claude signs in through your browser the first time and remembers it after that.
